Our World Food Prize 2015 Coverage Begins

DES MOINES, Iowa — Greetings, and welcome to the start of our 2015 coverage of the World Food Prize and Borlaug Dialogues.

This year we have seven student journalists with us from the University of Missouri. Our group is diverse, multitalented, open-minded, independent and determined to do excellent work covering the issues at and surrounding this meeting.

We’re going to explore global food insecurity and learn about the people, institutions and themes that shape the current debate on its causes, consequences and potential solutions.

We hope you’ll find our stories of interest.
