Iceland President Stressed Ice Importance

President Olafur Ragnar Grimsson of Iceland answers questions at a news conference on Wednesday at the Marriott Hotel Downtown during the World Food Prize. Grimsson spoke of advancements made in food security by using preservation techniques such as drying, as opposed to refrigerating, foods.
